Empty Vessel

“Empty Vessels” is the result of a personal search to express the intangible emotions associated with my experience of loss. I try to create vessels which possess a notion of absence, yet resonate with the existence of memory.

The ring represents eternity and the circle of life. I have created reliquaries for my heart by using delicate rings as an element in these vessels to convey a sense of emptiness, fragility, and sentiment.
